provides the ideal method for producing parts
with complex shapes in one operation. Also
suitable in situations when high demands for
surface and tolerances are required.
The forming principle of a «HMU» unit is
based upon creating a high pressure in an
enclosed chamber positioned on the press bed.
The pressure works against a penetrating punch
placed on the slide. During the process, the
blank obtains the same shape as the punch. Press
force 1 500 - 5 000 kN.
